We explore the park along its paths. Our bees follow the flowers. Woodland, meadows and gardens change through the seasons. The plants that shape the honey depend on where the bees forage and the conditions they find.

One place.
Two harvests.
Spring and summer each tell their own story.
We keep the two Bergpark harvests separate, including from honey gathered at our other apiaries. Every jar can be traced back to the place where it began.
Summer honey
As the landscape changes, our bees find different sources of food. This later harvest retains the character of the Bergpark apiary too.
You may not taste a single flower.
But you can taste a landscape.
